Parker Veriflo High Flow Pressure Regulator HFR 900W Series HFR901-W-2PFS-8-FFVPM A regulator for the control of high purity, corrosive, toxic, flammable and inert gases at high flow rate and low pressure. Connections are welded to the regulator body by autogenous butt welding, permitting the most effective cleaning of the internal surfaces of the welded area. This construction eliminates small cavi- ties which could create long-term “virtual leaks” and affect the purity of the process gas. The HFR 900W was designed to withstand an internal vacuum without distortion of the diaphragm or deterioration of the seat and seal. The low leakage rates of the Series HFR 900W eliminates the back diffusion of atmospheric contami- nation into the system. “Hurricane” processing, Veriflo’s proprietary cleaning system, is available as an optional service.
