  1. Very strange. Ordered on the 11th; they took their sweet time, waited a week to even make a mailing label, then never even got it to the post office. Sent note asking about it. No response at all. After the 21st, initiated request for refund. Still no reply or apology from them, but I eventually got a notice saying refund would be issued. And then, after all that, I get an email saying the product is on its way! So after all that, the thing arrived! A mere 3 weeks after I ordered it!
