ADORABLE! Arrived in perfect condition, PACKAGED EXTREMELY WELL. Lots and lots of bubble wrap. All protruding parts of teapot surrounded in cardboard and then wrapped and tapped with bubble wrap. Well, well done. Price was good. Shipping fair and fast. All in all a great purchase. Thank you.
