Baraka Ngalito Mkongo – Co –Founder and Director
Baraka was born and raised on the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro. After completing secondary school and advanced school, he attended university. He acquired Management skills at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), where he studied for a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Information and Communication Technology (BSc-BICT). He discovered his love and enthusiasm for African wildlife after years of working in this business industry. Baraka started in the industry as a porter, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru when he was still a university student. The aim was to support him in the matters of paying his university tuition fees and other facilities/accommodations to support his life for the whole time of studying before specializing as a mountain and safari guide. He runs the logistics of Weltweit Adventures and will be behind the scenes, ensuring your safari, beach holiday, or climb is perfectly organized.
Jüergen Schwarz – Co – Founder and Director
Jüergen was born and grew up in Germany and resides in Germany. He visited Africa, particularly Tanzania, for the first time in 2018. After many years in the German travel industry and owning African and American art, home decorations, and cultural decorations shop in Germany, Jüergen has a thorough understanding of client’s needs and the quality of service required to give a client a once in a lifetime experience, especially when it comes to adventure activities and services. You will find Jüergen at the end of your emails too, and he loves working with clients to put together the perfect itinerary. He also runs the logistics of Weltweit Adventures and will be behind the scenes, ensuring your safari, beach holiday, or climb is perfectly organized and, in the end, ensuring you get what was real of your choices, demands, and desires. ADAM M. SAGAF – German Company’s Agent
Adam was born and grew up in Tanzania – East Africa. He studied his Primary school and advanced school in Tanzania, because of his passion and love for traveling and learning a lot about different people’s cultures and lifestyles. After his studies, he visited Turkey, Jamaica, and then Germany in 2009 for the first time, particularly Essen City, his current home city. After many years in Germany, he worked at King AY Hotel, from 12/2010 – 06/2014. Then, he was engaged in the travel industry business, working as a Travel Agent in Germany. In 2020, he starts working with Weltweit Adventures as a German travel agent. He is there to serve all Weltweit Adventures’ clients by giving them all about the concerns of Weltweit Adventures Trekking Tours and Safari Packages and, booking procedures all before and after they visit Africa, particularly Tanzania – East Africa.
